Why is my chart empty after I tap Connect?
Weighback reads weight readings from Apple Health. If Apple Health doesn't have any weight readings yet — for example, you've never used a smart scale or never recorded a weight in the Health app — the chart will have nothing to draw.
The fix is to add some weight readings in Apple Health (manually or by connecting a smart scale that writes there). Weighback will pick them up the next time it refreshes.
I revoked Apple Health access. How do I re-grant it?
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Weighback, then enable the “Weight” permission. Returning to Weighback will refresh the chart with your data.
What is “Weighback”?
It's the last date you previously weighed what you weigh today. If the number on the scale this morning matches a number from earlier in your history, Weighback tells you exactly when you last saw it — weeks, months, or years ago.
Does Weighback work on iPad?
Yes. Weighback runs on iPhone and iPad. Apple Health on iPad reads the same data your iPhone has (if you're on the same iCloud account with Health enabled in iCloud Sync).
Are donations refundable?
Donations are handled by Apple and refunds are issued through Apple's standard process. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, find the Weighback donation, and request a refund there.
Will my donation total be lost if I reinstall the app?
Yes. The cumulative donated total is stored on your device only. Reinstalling resets it to zero.
